sometimes its best to let it all out.
i felt so relieved after talking to someone senior especially him, my colleague/despatch
who is oh-so-fatherly, and i almost-teared and touched towards his care and concern towards me.
i know im not alone, i know there is always someone who can talk to.
and to my gf, who is always there for me ( you know who you are ),
